HERE you can check the Entry list of FISTC Cart European Championship 2021 Klaistow (D).
As you know a category is valid if there are at least 3 starters in it.
Cart EC - Covid info
With the current corona ordinance, there is an exemption for sporting events. A negative antigen test or PCR test for unvaccinated persons applies here to participate in an invited event. This test can be taken in the respective home country before entering the country. The antigen test is valid 48 hours before entry and the PCR test 72 hours before entry. A rapid test center is in place.

we would like to remind you the deadline of our Cart European Championship is 12nd november 2021.
We would also like to draw your attention to the 2nd Appendix of our Statutes:
ENTRY FEES TO FISTC CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR ALL FISTC MEMBERS
85 EUR/adult musher
20 EUR/junior musher
STARTING WITH WILD CARD ON FISTC CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR NON FISTC MEMBERS – for detailed informations see § 18 (Functions of the Executive Board) point 3.
170 EUR/adult musher
40 EUR/junior musher
Only the paid entries are valid.

Dear Delegates! Dear Mushers!
We are inviting you to the FISTC Cart European Championship on sprint and distance, which will be held between 26-28 of November, 2021. in Klaistow, Provincia Berlin in Germany and organized by SSD- Schlittenhundesport Deutschland e.V.

The event will be carried out in accordance with the 3G corona rules that have been in effect until then.
A rapid test is currently valid for 48 hours.
A test center is also available.
For the use of all indoor facilities, we ask you to observe the current corona rules.
The currently applicable corona rules will be announced before the race.
Categories and distances
- Distance race: 21,3 km (Bikejöring 1 and 2 dogs, C, B, A, O categories) without any loops
- Sprint-distance:
- O, A categories: 10 km
- B categories: 7,8 km
- C, D, canicross, bikejöring and scooter with 1 or 2 dogs categories: 5,3 km

Very sad news: our friend Harry Braeckmans left us on Friday
Very sad news: our friend Harry Braeckmans left us on Friday.
He had a terrible traffic accident and died instantly. He was 51 years old.
All the mushers know how much Harry was involved in the FISTC Championships.
He was FISTC vice President + Animal Welfare Supervisor during many years and his last position at the FISTC board was Technical Director Sprint.
Harry was working very hard for the FISTC and for all of you, checking the chips and papers of the dogs before, during and after the races.
During our last Cart EC I was with him on the finish line in the rain and mud. The evening before, we were still controlling all the start lists at 2:00am.
He was never complaining, always motivated by his task.
Apart from his FISTC positions, Harry was a very great sportsman and musher with his malamutes first and with his Malamutes/Greenland dogs team later.
I’m losing a long time Friend and I know I’m not the only one …
RIP in white paradise Harry, we will miss you dearly!

FISTC Championships - cancellation
Dear mushers, dear friends,
The situation due to COVID is very difficult in all the countries in Europe.
It would first be very complicated and then risky to travel for a FISTC Championship from country to country in Europe.
In this case, unfortunately, we must cancel both snow Sprint World Championship and Distance European Championship 2021.
I hope that by the end of next summer the situation will be much better and our next FISTC race will be the 2021 Cart European Championship end of 2021 in Germany.
